Out There Interiors Wishlist

I still live at home but I'm expecting to move out fairly soon (i.e. once I can get a job that means I can afford to...) so recently I've been keeping an eye out for things I'd like to have in my own flat/house.  I was introduced to Out There Interiors recently and have been enjoying browsing through their website, there's a lot of stunning and really unusual items on there!  Here are a selection of ones I like, although be warned, this is definitely a 'money is no object' wishlist!

Out There Interiors

  1. Chrome Globe Chandelier - Available in 3 sizes and also in a gold colour, I think this chandelier looks really classy but not too over the top.
  2. Arne Style Egg Chair -  This chair looks so comfy and comes in a great selection of colours!  I love this bright orange one though.  No idea where I'd put this, perhaps in an office area?
  3. Fusion Dinner Plate - How crazy are these dinner plates?!  There's lots of designs and types of crockery.  They're so quirky and unusual, love them.
  4. Mirrored Two-Drawer Dressing Table - I've always liked mirrored furniture ever since I saw it in TiffanyD's (the youtube beauty guru) videos.  As stunning as it is, I think it would be such a pain to keep clean!
  5. Dressing Table Triple Mirror - Although the dressing table is mirrored, it's not much use without an actual mirror is it...
  6. Dressmaker's Mannequin - How cute is this!  It comes in different patterns too.  I'd like this for displaying some necklaces - and possibly for 'storing' clothes (aka flinging them on there instead of on the floor...).
Have you heard of Out There Interiors before?  Have you got a favourite homeware store/website?

Lush Easter Wishlist

So on Friday there, all the Easter and Mother's Day limited edition collections became available online and in Lush stores.  Unfortunately I was in a shop on Thursday and not Friday, gutted!  However I've had a look online and compiled a list of products I'd quite like to try.  Sometimes I think with Lush it's easier looking online first as when you're in store the smell's just so strong that it can be hard to work out what individual things actually smell like!  I remember my old Home Economics teacher telling us once that the brain can only process 3 scents at a time and after that they get all muddled up, not sure if it's true but it sounds like it makes sense!

Secret Garden

Secret Garden is a bath bomb from the Mother's Day collection.  Floral scent filled with different kinds of flower petals which are released as it dissolves!!  Vegan.  £2.95 here.

The Immaculate Eggception
Gigantic, colourful Easter egg bath bomb which smells of lemon, grapefruit and vanilla.  Inside there is either a chick or a bunny!  Vegan.  £6.95 here.

Golden Egg
This one is a bath melt and a bath bomb in one!  Scented with the same fragrance as Honey I Washed the Kids, so honey and caramel smelling.  However, unlike HIWK, this is vegan!  £3.50 here.

Bunch of Carrots
This one is actually for my mum, she got one last year (I think it was only one carrot last year?) and only got round to using it a few months ago and really enjoyed it.  So for Mother's Day I'm going to get her this as part of her present.  Bunch of Carrots is a reusable bubble bar, if it's anything like last years it is a sweet, fruity scent.  Vegan.  £5.95 here.

The Brightside
This sounds like a citrusy version of The Comforter!  A bubble bar scented with mandarin, bergamot and tangerine, sounds very refreshing!  Vegan.  £4.50 here.

Have you tried any of these products?  Are any of them amazing or meh?  For example, I cannot believe how expensive The Immaculate Eggception is!  Is it worth paying £7 for one bath?!  Any comments will be taken on board, thankfully I have a giftcard left from Christmas but it's still adding up to about £25...

Valentine's (in my dreams) Wishlist

Okay so first of all I'd just like to make it clear I am definitely not one for Valentine's Day at all!  I don't do cards, presents, mushy dates... however I do enjoy unrealistic colour coordinated wishlists/gift guides so here we are!

Vivienne Westwood Earrings  I love VW jewellery and these are no exception!  I already have a small pair of gunmetal earrings but I love the colour and detailing in these larger ones.  They cost £55 which I think is pretty good!

Ted Baker Wash Bag  I have a couple of Ted Baker cosmetics bags already and I'm loving their new collection, very cute!  They have various different sizes and also come in black, coral and mint, costing £22.

Kate Spade Gramercy Rose Gold Watch  Although I recently bought myself a beautiful Fossil watch, whilst hunting for my perfect one I came across this beauty on ASOS.  I'd heard about Kate Spade but as it's an American brand I hadn't actually seen any of their items before - they are stunning!  I love the little spade detail at the top.  As this is £225 I had to pass on it and keep searching...

Agent Provocateur Fifi Collection  What's a Valentine's wishlist without a set of luxurious lingerie??  Agent Provocateur has some beautiful underwear - some rather risqué, but with more class and elegance than Ann Summers...  Sadly they don't do my bra size but given the chance I would definitely make it fit!  This entire set comes in at an eye-watering £250!

Payday Wishlist!

If you follow me on Twitter (@LooweezBx) you might know that at the start of September I managed to get myself a full time job!  It's just in retail which isn't where I want to build my career however for the next year or so it'll keep money coming in until I can hopefully find something relevant to my degree...

So to celebrate my first full time wage coming in I will definitely be going shopping!  Here are a few of the things I want to buy next month.

  1. Antipodes Grapeseed Butter Cleanser I finished my Neal's Yard Cleanser a few weeks ago so I'm looking for a new 'luxury' cleanser to use on a daily basis.  I do still have some No7 ones I'm trying to use up but I don't enjoy using them and it's just a chore!
  2. River Island Jacquard Skinny Trousers I briefly saw these in the shop but then at a course I went on for work, one of the women was wearing them and they looked great!  As they're black it means I can wear them for work as well if I wanted to.
  3. Konjac Sponge Puff with French Green Clay These just look so intriguing! You can use it alone with some water and it exfoliates and cleanses the skin, you can also use it on your body.
  4. Butter London All Hail The Queen I don't specifically want this shade but now that they're available in Boots I really just want to add another one (or more) to my collection of one...  I'll need to get googling swatches and decide!
  5. Apple iPad Mini 32GB I'm kind of cheating with this one... It's my birthday soon I think I'll go halfers with my parents for my present and get one of these!  I do have a very basic tablet but I just feel like I'm missing out haha!  I think I'd probably get the mini as the big one is maybe a bit too big, and also the mini is cheaper which is always helpful!

Christmas Wishlist

Like most other people recently I have been playing around with BeautySets - it's so fun!  I thought I would make a little Christmas wishlist just to get used to using the system.

DKNY French Grain Large Flapover Purse - £65
I really need a new purse and I am so fussy when it comes to the layout of the inside, it needs to be very specific!  This one is perfect and it is also synthetic not leather - yay!  Unfortunately it comes with a rather hefty price tag... However House of Fraser have a brand event next Thursday and Friday so along with my staff discount I might get it for a bit cheaper then pass it onto the parents ha!

Nars Misfit eyeshadow - £24
I only have one Nars eyeshadow which I bought from a blog sale.  The pigmentation isn't the best especially for the price however I do really like them otherwise!  I have green eyes and I like wearing green eyeshadow, this one looks really pretty.

Nars Kuala Lumpur eyeshadow - £24
Purples are also really nice on green eyes and I liked the look of these two after swatching them at the counter.  In reality I probably wouldn't ask for both of these as presents as they are so expensive, £48 is far too much for 4 eyeshadows in the one go in my opinion!

~

There is a perfume I want but I had trouble making it look good in the collage hahah so maybe I will make another one at a later date once I've got more to grips using BeautySets!
