<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
If you have been following for years you might remember a previous post I did showing my lipstick collection and storage. I previously used the mirrored jewellery box which you can see in the background of the photos, and still do for some products, however I now have a new way for storing my most used lipsticks.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTXSs7qsA9N3kLdNihviH2rAMJsGcUgvsEBTmGE_wQU4SR1fsAGgcBJ579ts4lDg4HZnqZvEQwoolpReamxjZU944PQB_hNXdxN5Na4ZbB_MdXVDzjRyUc863A42qZlkchpaq5u5GrG9yt/s1600/DSCF5389.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTXSs7qsA9N3kLdNihviH2rAMJsGcUgvsEBTmGE_wQU4SR1fsAGgcBJ579ts4lDg4HZnqZvEQwoolpReamxjZU944PQB_hNXdxN5Na4ZbB_MdXVDzjRyUc863A42qZlkchpaq5u5GrG9yt/s640/DSCF5389.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I had been looking out for some new make up storage and managed to pick up this cute little lipstick holder from Homesense for about £5. They had quite a few different perspex storage items in varying shapes and sizes but I went for the above style as I think it's a bit prettier than the more common box shaped ones.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The lipstick holder has 13 round spaces in flower shape, with the holes at the back more elevated than the front so you can see them all easily.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have put my lipsticks in colour order and placed them upside down so you can see what they are without messing with them all!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The holes are a bit bigger than most of my lipsticks so when moved they will wobble a bit (especially if the top of the lipstick isn't flat!) but when sitting stationary on my dressing table they are fine.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I really like this storage, it's so handy to see all of my most used colours in the one place so I can quickly grab one without faffing through my drawers.</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-UpzAbr0vkt2vdfnsNjR0c6vFYzDUI3ZWQ2k7lmc-7uqOApLStiGsJERl6h9LqCd_DmMxo1Fy04bzRUl2pvIep_Rgsw5rR3cJjo3DiZczOFytqsmQav5EIQdDY5vdN3rLt1Of6sId_qzM/s1600/DSCF5358.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-UpzAbr0vkt2vdfnsNjR0c6vFYzDUI3ZWQ2k7lmc-7uqOApLStiGsJERl6h9LqCd_DmMxo1Fy04bzRUl2pvIep_Rgsw5rR3cJjo3DiZczOFytqsmQav5EIQdDY5vdN3rLt1Of6sId_qzM/s640/DSCF5358.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I had been lusting over the beautiful Bold Metals brushes since they were released by Real Techniques a few years ago. I finally got my hands on 3 of them last year when my boyfriend treated me for our anniversary (after some major hinting...).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
One of the 3 he bought for me was the 300 Tapered Blush which has since become a firm favourite.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3U-omMnynYlMWJFSdMgeKG9CFHfWaBKFONI9_cLS-NoWibBMvqFB6SJnxDRfJuCHBeAbd3uPuiE87PixQ2JhN1FH0V-PDSMA5TXzok8-7gQTb5nbojkHpQ1DiL1-Odh_wK9ZR77xl53nK/s1600/DSCF5357.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3U-omMnynYlMWJFSdMgeKG9CFHfWaBKFONI9_cLS-NoWibBMvqFB6SJnxDRfJuCHBeAbd3uPuiE87PixQ2JhN1FH0V-PDSMA5TXzok8-7gQTb5nbojkHpQ1DiL1-Odh_wK9ZR77xl53nK/s640/DSCF5357.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Real Techniques brushes are of a really high quality in general, and use the softest synthetic bristles, making them cruelty free! The Bold Metals collection are a bit more expensive than the original - according to the descriptions they are "softer than ever, for our most luxe feel to date".</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First of all, I think this is one of the most aesthetically pleasing make up brushes I have seen! The rose gold metal effect handle and ferrule complement the faded pink bristles perfectly.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Although the title of the brush is 'tapered blush', personally I use this brush for highlighter and find it works really well. The tapered side of the brush is perfect for picking up and applying powder without being too dense.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBpTZZkf3zgc47vlL7HcQN0QOix2sxqjeR8PNxG7LtoEbAWiJ4xf_OoJVyNBEwnsVHHVCJ4uhNshmVBzWB-7XNopvVR1-FRteDuYL-HCdIfbBpKexRXfhsBN_u9L_YDPk8xZ_wSChKxUlb/s1600/tapered+blush.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBpTZZkf3zgc47vlL7HcQN0QOix2sxqjeR8PNxG7LtoEbAWiJ4xf_OoJVyNBEwnsVHHVCJ4uhNshmVBzWB-7XNopvVR1-FRteDuYL-HCdIfbBpKexRXfhsBN_u9L_YDPk8xZ_wSChKxUlb/s640/tapered+blush.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The only thing that I don't like about the Bold Metals brushes are the handles. The handles seem to be much longer than normal and the end is really pointy! A few times I have taken a gouge out of one of my powders!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The 300 Tapered Blush brush is £19 in Boots, however when I went on Real Techniques website it is also $19 dollars which works out at about £14 so that's rather unfair - never mind!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have also got the 100 Arched Powder and 202 Angled Liner brushes but there are a couple more I would like to add to my collection.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Have you got a favourite (synthetic) make up brush brand?</div>

<b>Phil Smith Dry Cleaners Dry Shampoo</b></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18.48px; text-align: justify;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: First of all, can I just say how awesome is the name of this dry shampoo, DRY CLEANERS, geddit?! Anyway... I was sent this by the lovely Phil Smith PR people along with a few other bits to try out so here are my thoughts! I love the smell of this dry shampoo and out of all the ones I have tried I would probably rate it 2nd best best before Batiste. It did work quite well but I found I had to use quite a lot to get my desired effect (probably because I am lazy and never wash my hair...). It applies much lighter and not in the white opaque way which Batiste does so I think that made me feel like I needed to use more, but I think if you were looking for something less heavy then this is definitely worth a try. Phil Smith products are available from Sainsbury's, link <a href="http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/phil-smith-revitalising-dry-shamp-150ml" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>, £2/150ml. </div>

<b style="line-height: 18.48px;">Repurchase?</b><span style="line-height: 18.48px;">: If I had the choice I would pick Batiste first but I love that it's BUAV Approved</span></div>

<b>The Body Shop Banana Shampoo & Conditioner</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.48px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I had heard good things about the banana shampoo but I was wary of trying it as it contains SLS/SLES which I prefer to avoid, however I have reintroduced them by alternating with a SLS/SLES free shampoo and it seems to work okay for me. I never really notice much difference when using shampoos and conditioners but I actually did for these ones. I found my hair was soft and shiny after using them and felt really healthy. £5/250ml each <a href="http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/body/view-all/banana-shampoo.aspx" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>, but TBS always have offers online so I recommend holding out for a 30%+ offer! </div>

<b>Thoughts</b>: I have used this moisturiser for years but I rarely finish a tub myself, I used to share it with my mum or it goes out of date and I have to bin it... Finally I have finished one! <b>Ren Clarifying Toning Lotion</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.48px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: This was my first experience with acid toner and I really liked it. It works as a light exfoliator and helps get rid of milia. I found it really refreshing to use and left my skin feeling clear and healthy. <div style="text-align: justify;">
Kiss Balm lip balm in the colour Tutti Frutti was one of my Black Friday weekend bargains from Kiko when they had on an extremely tempting offer of buy 3 get 3 free! I also got another colour called Blackberry which I have currently misplaced... I picked these up as my lips have been too dry recently for lipstick but I still wanted to have some colour on them.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The lip balm applies really smoothly with a fairly good colour pay off considering it's a tinted balm. It just gives the lips a glossy, rosy glow leaving them feeling moisturised. The balm is also SPF 15 so perfect to wear on holiday if you want a little bit of colour.<br />

I definitely would like to get another one (I would also really like to find the other colour which has gone walkies!).</div>

I had heard great things about the Pixi Glow Tonic but as it used to be more difficult to find in the UK I started my acid toner exploration with the Ren Clarifying Toning Lotion. When I finished this I managed to track down a nearly full Glow Tonic on Depop for £10 which was perfect for a trial!</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I have to admit that I am rubbish with skincare routines, not having time is a terrible excuse but usually I am just dying to get to bed and can't face anything which will eat into my precious sleeping time (yes, I really need to start getting ready for bed earlier). However I do try to use the Pixi Glow Tonic as often as I can, when I do get myself into a good routine of using it I definitely notice the difference.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I am quite prone to milia (or milk spots) on my face, and the only things I have found which get rid of them are acid toners (also the Ren Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask is great but pricey). If you have ever had milia you will know they are not like normal spots, you can't burst them or even pick them without digging and just making your skin into an awful mess. I find that when I use the Glow Tonic, it brings the milia up to the surface of my skin until they are so close that simply a soft scratch (usually subconsciously using my nail but a muslin cloth is probably much better!) will bring them out with minimal damage.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Aside from milia, the Glow Tonic is also really good on normal spots. Thankfully I don't tend to get many but I read on Caroline Hirons that if you ever burst a spot, you should apply acid toner immediately as it destroys any bacteria around it which might get in and infect it. I have found doing this makes popped spots heal quicker then just leaving them.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
In general I just really enjoy applying this toner and I do feel like it makes my skin 'glow'!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The only negative I have, which is a very minor one, is the smell of Glow Tonic! It has a very pungent floral odour, which isn't entirely unpleasant but it's quite overwhelming when you first start using it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Pixi Glow Tonic is available online in quite a few websites but you can also now pick it up in M&S for £18 if you'd rather get it in person.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="text-align: justify;">When the Kiko store opened in the Trafford Centre I was really excited but I didn't get round to trying it until Black Friday Weekend where they had an </span><i style="text-align: justify;">amazing</i><span style="text-align: justify;"> offer of buy 3 get 3 free! I spent just over £20 and left with 6 products which definitely isn't too bad!</span><br />
<span style="text-align: justify;"></span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="text-align: justify;">I had been looking for a new under eye concealer for a while so I tried a few different ones in the shop and in the end went for the Natural Concealer in the palest shade (obvs) which is 01. I noticed there seemed to be a big difference in colour between this and the next one up which is odd, but thankfully the palest shade suited me fine.</span></div>

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As you can see from the photos the concealer comes in a small tube with a doe foot applicator. The formula itself is quite wet but it sets fairly quickly. The way I like to use it is by applying it under my eyes and leaving it to set slightly while I do my brows or mascara, I feel like doing this makes it apply thicker and isn't just being wiped straight off again. I then use a small round eyeshadow brush to blend it in around the edges.</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBXUQ2VrrWtFcRhZomGr5WkkoG-gSEeknjkgcgCQONBENF4x-jjTVU5PLcl4H8x8MiIHsI6HKcS_tK_gOvnW3MdFbRo9QTLfDqUamjLkBjXKcVQ8qAwhII2EW-soz3Q9HV5pfyDda1PAwG/s1600/DSCF5340.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBXUQ2VrrWtFcRhZomGr5WkkoG-gSEeknjkgcgCQONBENF4x-jjTVU5PLcl4H8x8MiIHsI6HKcS_tK_gOvnW3MdFbRo9QTLfDqUamjLkBjXKcVQ8qAwhII2EW-soz3Q9HV5pfyDda1PAwG/s400/DSCF5340.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Although the concealer sets it actually doesn't seem to crack or crease on me which is really good! It also doesn't necessarily need to be set with a powder, however if I was wanting it to be extra long lasting or if it's for a special occasion I would always powder over anyway.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I also use it on small blemishes in the same way, but I don't find it as long lasting - it could just be from me rubbing at my face though...</div>
<br />
I have seen this concealer being compared to the Collection one however I've never tried it so I can't comment! It is also super cheap at only £5.50, you can pick it if you're lucky enough to have a shop near you, or online <a href="http://www.kikocosmetics.com/en-gb/make-up/face/concealers/Natural-Concealer/p-KM00102001" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>.<br />
<br />
<span style="text-align: justify;">I will be reviewing some more of my Kiko purchases so keep an eye out for them!</span>LooweezBxhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15185270724194891172noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4341281961922243829.post-85330768143279441232015-12-23T16:33:00.000+00:002015-12-23T16:33:06.922+00:00Pause...<div style="text-align: justify;">
Hello!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have been sporadically blogging for about a year and probably been on an unofficial break for over a month now so I thought I would make it official and take a step back from my blog without feeling bad about it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My aim is to give it a makeover - it's been the same since I started blogging years ago! - and come back in February and hopefully get myself into a better routine, I would even be happy with posting once a week!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So I will leave it here for now, but if you've got any questions or PR queries do feel free to get in touch as I'll still be on my emails.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;">Merry Christmas and all the best for 2016!</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

I was tagged by Morag from mo'adore and you can read her post <a href="http://www.moadore.co.uk/2015/09/bunny-friendly-beauty-tag.html" target="_blank">here</a>; the tag was first created by Victoria - you can read hers <a href="http://vickimaitland.blogspot.co.uk/2015/08/cruelty-free-beauty-tag.html" target="_blank">here</a>.<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b>How long have you been on your cruelty free journey?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I think it was around 2010, so nearly 6 years!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What made you decide to go cruelty free?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm not sure of the pivotal moment however I think I just thought about it one day and realised I didn't know enough about it, then after looking into it I discovered how common it still was. This led me to do my own research on brands and find out which ones were cruelty free and which to avoid.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What has been the hardest product to find a cruelty free dupe for?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A good anti-perspirant/deodorant! I have found ones which are <i>okay</i>, but nothing as good as the ones I used pre-cruelty free unfortunately.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What's the best cruelty free dupe you've found?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have been cruelty free for so long that this is a hard question for me! I don't really go for dupes intentionally, I tend to just buy things because I like them anyway.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What product or brand do you wish was cruelty free?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Not one in particular but it would be great if high street brands such as the likes of Maybelline or L'Oreal were cruelty free as they are such huge, powerful companies it would make a big difference, as well as the fact they are so affordable and attainable!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What's your holy grail cruelty free brand?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Probably Superdrug as it's great for getting the essentials like toothpaste then things like suncream. However I do my food shop shop in Morrisons which is also cruelty free for beauty products, I am hoping their cleaning/household items will soon be BUAV approved soon as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Name one cruelty free brand we might not have heard of?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
White Rabbit Skincare - an independent Scottish skincare brand which are lovely, also vegan!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Are you a vegan? If so, for how long and have you had any struggles? If not, why not?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Not currently vegan but I have been pescatarian since 2012 and vegetarian since moving out in 2014 and there is no way I would go back to meat, I don't miss it at all!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am slowly making vegan swaps to things in my own cooking - butter, for example. I think realistically I will end up being vegan at home and be vegetarian when eating out but I'll see, it might all just fall into place the way it did going veggy! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What's your favourite local vegan friendly venue?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I live just outside Manchester which is a brilliant city for veggy/vegan places. A particularly good one is VRevolution which is a totally unhealthy vegan junk/fast food selling the most amazing burger and hot dog concoctions! They also have a little mini shop selling lots of vegan goodies such as chocolates, and meat and cheese substitutes.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>You have 30 seconds to convert someone to a cruelty free lifestyle - what would you say to them?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I would say that although one person doesn't seem like they are making a difference, it is amazing to know yourself that you are not causing harm to animals by your lifestyle and that just by mentioning your views to others can make them rethink their choices.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18.48px; text-align: justify;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I bought this because for some reason my conditioner always seems to run out much faster than shampoo! Hopefully now my hair is shorter it might be different! This smelled really good and left my hair quite soft and tangle-free, can't say much about it volumising though. A bargain at £1.89/250ml <a href="https://groceries.morrisons.com/webshop/product/Morrisons-Bounce-Back-Conditioner/265330011?from=search&tags&param=conditioner&parentContainer=SEARCHconditioner_SHELFVIEW" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. </div>

<b>The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye Make Up Remover</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.48px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: This eye make up remover is a firm favourite, I have already repurchased so I could have one at my parents in Scotland and one at my flat. Quick, easy and efficient eye make up removal. It's not the cheapest at £9/250ml but TBS usually have good deals online so I just wait for that! <b>Bomb Cosmetics Shower to the People Shower Soap</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.48px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I got this as part of a giveaway prize i believe, I had it for ages before using it as it didn't jump out to me as an exciting product however I actually loved it! As you can see all that is left is a sponge but to start with it was a sponge soaked in soap, which was kiwi, apple and lime scented - so good. It also seemed to last for ages - I think there still is a little bit of soap stuck in the middle still... Available <a href="http://bombcosmetics.co.uk/handmade-soaps/shower-soaps/shower-to-the-people-shower-w-l-soap" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> for £3.99.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18.48px; text-align: justify;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I have done a full review on these which you can read <a href="http://looweezbx.blogspot.co.uk/2015/07/marks-spencer-natures-extract-anti.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. However, to briefly summarise my thoughts, I like these and would buy again but still on the look out for an even better deodorant. £1.50/50ml but they don't seem to be online at the moment.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18.48px; text-align: justify;">

<b style="line-height: 18.48px;">Repurchase?</b><span style="line-height: 18.48px;">: Yes but still trying other brands.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18.48px; text-align: justify;">

<div style="line-height: 18.48px; text-align: center;">
<b>Buddha Beauty Night Cream</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.48px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I have also reviewed this night cream which you can read <a href="http://looweezbx.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/the-buddha-beauty-company-facial-night.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. As you can probably tell I have had this product for ages, probably way longer than I should - oops! I am terrible at consistently moisturising which is awful but never mind, I finally finished it! I really liked this night cream, it smells really good and the scent of Camomile and Jasmine is perfect for bed time due to the calming properties. It is aimed more at dry and sensitive skin but it's a pretty good all-rounder to be honest. You can get this <a href="http://www.buddha-beauty.com/#!product/prd1/3364359441/jasmine-%26-chamomile-night-cream" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> for £12/50ml - note that they have changed their packaging since sending it to me to try! This product is vegan.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZ0QUobeBqF6L4d8cY4GcgimOJYNfQ1zMUYnE-wjEbWLX7aRASBQAB4LjG-FAvSGk-9fwSCMbulcVdWi186lBJ7xmCVejZKiQU-Vi1zsLQxv8Qv2MgptMSQUaA-B4joLa7ou4LmITXykeM/s1600/lush+figs+and+leaves.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZ0QUobeBqF6L4d8cY4GcgimOJYNfQ1zMUYnE-wjEbWLX7aRASBQAB4LjG-FAvSGk-9fwSCMbulcVdWi186lBJ7xmCVejZKiQU-Vi1zsLQxv8Qv2MgptMSQUaA-B4joLa7ou4LmITXykeM/s640/lush+figs+and+leaves.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I was absolutely gutted to find out that my favourite bubble bar, Dorothy, has been discontinued when Lush had a product revamp recently! However I knew that their soap Figs and Leaves was supposed to be of the same fragrance so all is not lost!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I had known about Figs and Leaves soap for ages but it took me a while to buy it because it definitely doesn't look anywhere near as exciting as other products in the shop and also smelling it in store I couldn't smell anything! I decided just to go for it and try it out as I had a gift card but even then it sat in my soap jar for ages until a couple of weeks ago I decided to break it out.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDttfXuhzV-t1bxetoWULVK2QbajJGn-bixRz7LqNw4svZ28crshX8NoLhl_CqIWKb7BMdD4H-WHiE8ia5LMnNWmWg7e3c2pgXQ2VaO1XkgUYHHTHRdgYLeAyIDp5zmpSxVBOe_t2rAQ1P/s1600/DSCF5292.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDttfXuhzV-t1bxetoWULVK2QbajJGn-bixRz7LqNw4svZ28crshX8NoLhl_CqIWKb7BMdD4H-WHiE8ia5LMnNWmWg7e3c2pgXQ2VaO1XkgUYHHTHRdgYLeAyIDp5zmpSxVBOe_t2rAQ1P/s400/DSCF5292.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It honestly smells amazing, exactly like Dorothy! I had to stop using it until it dried so I could take photos of it ha, so now I can use it again yay!! The scent is of figs, ylang ylang and orange flower which is a sort of earthy, floral combination. It's also slightly exfoliating because of the leaves and fig seeds which is great. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I use it in the shower on my body but I am considering getting one to use as hand soap - I am swithering though as liquid soap is much less messy! It doesn't contain SLS and has softening aloe vera and coconut oil which I think would be good for my hands, so we shall see! It actually says online that it's delicate enough to use on your face but I would personally avoid that!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Having a look at it on their website [<a href="https://www.lush.co.uk/products/figs-and-leaves-0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">link</a>], it's got a new formula so looks slightly different now, I will need to buy another block and see if it's any better than before. It's £3.40 for 100g which is fairly average price for Lush soaps. Also this formulation is vegan.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm so glad I finally decided to get this and will definitely try the new formula once this one is finished.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Have you got a favourite soap from Lush?</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Aldi Choceur Belgium Chocolate Waves</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you remember those amazing Cadbury Snaps which were out a few years ago and discontinued? Well I have rediscovered them in the form of Aldi's Chocolate Waves! I bought these a few months ago and then forgot about them until I was in Aldi recently where I saw them again. They are so tasty!! I have had the milk chocolate, caramel and mint (which are dark chocolate) and I think they also do hazelnut. My favourite is probably caramel but they are all so good. Warning - highly addictive!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Brianna's Poppy Seed Dressing</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A farm shop and cafe local to me in Scotland uses Brianna's salad dressings which are all quite unusual and unique favours. My favourite is the Poppy Seed and I decided to splash out and buy it for myself from the shop, but I have seen them in Asda before as well. It wasn't cheap at nearly £4 but I decided it would be worth it because it keeps in the fridge unlike the ones I normally buy from Morrisons so even though they are only about £1, I use them twice then need to bin them after 5 days. It has a really usually flavour, quite sweet and creamy but then the poppy seeds give it a kick. Despite the creaminess it is actually vegan!</div>
<br>
<div style="text-align: center;">

</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am definitely late to the party with this one! OITNB wasn't something that really appealed to me but eventually so many people were talking about how good it was I thought I'd give it a try (after unexpectedly finishing OUAT on Netflix!). It wasn't what I expected at all and am loving it, it's different from anything I have watched before. I have just started season 3, oh my god, that season 2 finale!!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<b>Public Desire Summer Boots</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I only discovered Public Desire recently through girls at work and they have some amazing shoes at decent prices! I am usually in a pair of chelsea boots so I thought I would try out something similar but more summery. I went for <a href="http://www.publicdesire.co.uk/shop/ankleboots/amira-ankle-boots-in-beige-6.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Amira Ankle Boots in Beige</a> and <a href="http://www.publicdesire.co.uk/shop/ankleboots/priscilla-heeled-boots-in-black-6.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Priscilla Heeled Boots in Black</a> which are £29.99 each but I got 10% off for signing up to their newsletter. The higher heel was a bit of shock for me, and driving was a bit of a struggle (got some flats in my car now!) but they are pretty comfy in general, the black pair slightly more so. I do find it quite amusing that although they both have zips on the outside, the actually functioning zip is on the inside ha! I just hope the beige ones don't get too messed up, I have used Crep Protect on them so fingers crossed.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have been really intrigued by the Charlotte Tilbury make up for a while now - it's refreshing having a new cruelty free high end brand to try! My work buds from my previous job were kind enough to get me a Selfridges voucher (they said I am hard to buy for, hrmmph, haha!) which I decided to use on something from Charlotte Tilbury. It took me a good few months to decide what to get an finally after numerous Selfridges trips and make up swatches I went for one of the colour chameleon eye pencils.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
They come in lots of shades but each one is recommended for a certain eye colour, and whether it's best suited to day or night wear. I was adamant not to stick to this and just go for one I liked but I actually ended up picking up one which was meant for my green eyes in the end!</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6Dt4kY6WtXh28cA6sLK3uNU_CaxOlH8qyb5XC9_JpsOQBnKhDCMI3KvXZLcKeSGhvt3oLK0m13VzrDJrEbz_dw7Qzr8EDFb8I8llEuawkzbeDAIoAl3f2QCPCOjStZC4nQ9yQDzlQUsxe/s1600/DSCF5277.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Charlottle Tilbury Colour Chameleon Bronzed Garnet" border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6Dt4kY6WtXh28cA6sLK3uNU_CaxOlH8qyb5XC9_JpsOQBnKhDCMI3KvXZLcKeSGhvt3oLK0m13VzrDJrEbz_dw7Qzr8EDFb8I8llEuawkzbeDAIoAl3f2QCPCOjStZC4nQ9yQDzlQUsxe/s640/DSCF5277.JPG" title="Colour Chameleon" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Bronzed Garnet is copper toned brown with a small amount of shimmer in it. I was really impressed with the application, they are so smooth and don't drag the skin. They are also quite long-wearing - when I swatched them they lasted even after washing my hands a few times!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'm not sure how Charlotte intended for them to be worn but I have been using it as a thick eyeliner along the upper lashline and blending it up, then you can either apply other shadows on top/around or simply leave it as it is. It's also good for applying to the bottom lash line, even if you hadn't used it on the top.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Overall I am really pleased with the Colour Chameleon pencil and would definitely look into getting more, there was a green and a purple one I was swithering between! They also do eyeshadow creams which look lovely, I think I might swatch them next time I am in. At £19 however, the pencils aren't cheap but I was happy to treat myself, especially with a voucher - and the products do have a really luxurious feel to them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On a side note, I was close to getting the eyebrow pencil but I had read quite a few bad reviews on it, has anyone tried it?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Let me know if you have any recommendations from Charlotte Tilbury!</div>

<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I am from a town in West Dunbartonshire which is about 30 minutes north-west of Glasgow. My mum is from this area but my dad comes from Glasgow, I have lived here since I was born until I moved to Manchester last year.</span></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">However my gran is English and I believe one of my great-grandparents is Irish so I am a bit of a mixture! I'd love to look into our family tree more, I think it would be so interesting! </span></div>

<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I am going to go for Loch Lomond which is where I was brought up so I am a bit biased! It is a stunning area and it's privilege to have lived so close (and hopefully will again soon!) to such a place. I definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Scotland, it's really scenic but less than an hour away from Glasgow by car/train. </span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">There's loads of places I want to visit including, Arran, Inverness, Arisaig, The Fairy Pools (Skye) and Fingal's Cave on Staffa.</span></div>

<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Erm... *Googles Scottish films* Okay so I have only actually seen a couple of these! Filth is probably my favourite out of the list but not overall... Trainspotting is certainly worth a watch but it's rather gritty. I do love Brave actually but it's not technically Scottish is it...</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">On a similar note, I have never seen Braveheart, I'm a terrible Scot!</span></div>

<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I LOVE Irn Bru, to point where it is actually a bit of an addiction... </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">What is your favourite Scottish food?</span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Pizza Crunch Supper? I think this is Scottish... it's basically deep-fried battered pizza which you get from the chippy. Pretty much a heart attack on a plate but SO GOOD! I also like the traditional (vegetarian) haggis, neeps and tatties but I don't have it very often. </span></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>

<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">Do you follow any Scottish traditions?</span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I do enjoy a good Ceilidh (which is traditional Scottish dancing) and also follow the tradition of 'first-footing' at Hogmanay (new year). If you are the first person into a house (be it your own or someone else's) after midnight on NYE then you should always be carrying something as a gift, even if it is just a bottle of juice and some biscuits, which bring good luck for the coming year. The first person bringing it in should also be a tall, dark and handsome male, but we can't have everything, eh?</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">What is your favourite Scottish word?</span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">So many! Living in England I am continually discovering words/phrases which I use all the time that I didn't even realise were Scottish until I get some blank, bemused looks from my colleagues... As for my favourite, well, here are a few:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: inherit;">Fanny, dour, fusty, mink, boggin, mingin, clatty, gubbed...</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;">What is your favourite Scottish song?</span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">I used to study classical singing and a lot of the songs I sang were traditional Scottish songs which I maybe wouldn't have come across otherwise. Obviously O Flower of Scotland is up there which is basically Scotland's unofficial national anthem, along which Highland Cathedral which is really nice. </span></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Wild Mountain Thyme is lovely, also Ye Banks and Braes and My Love is like a Red, Red Rose - ahh there are so many!</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;">There are also loads of hilarious ones like Ye Canny Shove Yer Granny Aff a Bus and The Jeely Piece Song (ye canny fling pieces oot a 20 storey flat), hahah... please do google these if you're unfamiliar!</span><br />
<br /><b>Can you recommend any Scottish bloggers/vloggers?</b> <br /><br />My fave Scottish bloggers would obviously be <a href="http://waterpainteddreams.com/">Water Painted Dreams</a>, <a href="http://www.coloursandcarousels.com/">Colours and Carousels</a> and <a href="http://www.moadore.co.uk/">Mo'adore</a>! Also love BeautyCreep's <a href="https://www.youtube.com/user/BeautyCreep" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">youtube channel</a>. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
~</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I tag anyone who wants to do this, even if you're not actually Scottish but just love the place! Let me know in the comments if you have done it so I can go and have a read :)</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It's no secret that the bane of my cruelty free life has been finding a decent anti-perspirant deodorant! A lot of the cruelty free options tend to be 'green' which in itself is great, but this means that they are usually only deodorants and not anti-perspirants. I'm not a particularly sweaty person (mmm!) but I'd rather just avoid it if I'm honest rather than stopping it from smelling which is what plain deos are made to do.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After trying various different brands, I think I have finally found an anti-perspirant which is cruelty free and does actually work quite well! It was Morag from <a href="http://www.moadore.co.uk/" target="_blank">Mo'adore</a> who said she used the Marks & Spencer ones, which hadn't even occurred to me, I always forget that M&S are BUAV Approved!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I finally got round to picking these up, I believe they are £1.50 each but buy one get one free so I got 2 for £2.25? However I can't find them online at the moment to back this up! </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgI5FFqwakwB14DLMd9_FMzupemfjL9L7-RFEZ4LTHgsxw3Lqd0bC6_rTxEB5P9lVDEChCTVpJyq-oP1Y3tDemEOTeeLch7iW4yKbYsmL-VSjQwWOFdF9cAtmc_WoRwJUDmPbuXQbZU7EIn/s1600/DSCF5155.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgI5FFqwakwB14DLMd9_FMzupemfjL9L7-RFEZ4LTHgsxw3Lqd0bC6_rTxEB5P9lVDEChCTVpJyq-oP1Y3tDemEOTeeLch7iW4yKbYsmL-VSjQwWOFdF9cAtmc_WoRwJUDmPbuXQbZU7EIn/s1600/DSCF5155.jpg" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Personally I prefer stick deos but I really can't be fussy now, so I went for the roll on instead of spray. Although its a roll on it dries quite quickly and I don't feel like I need to flap my arms around for 10 minutes before putting my top on which is always good!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As for doing its job, it is probably one of the best cruelty free deos I have used so far, but this doesn't really say much. On an normal day it keeps me dry but if it's particularly hot or if I'm at the gym I feel like it's less effective but this doesn't concern me too much - if I do feel damp it smells of aloe vera/cocoa butter anyway so could be worse ha!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've finished Aloe Vera now and I am halfway through the Cocoa Butter one now - which smells really good! They have lasted a long time even though it's only a little 50ml bottle. I think I would happily keep using these for the time being until I come across something else that sounds like it's worth trying.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Do you use a cruelty free deodorant or anti-perspirant? What is your favourite brand?</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I mentioned in my recent Louise Loves post about a lip combination I have been using a lot recently. I wanted a lipstick which would give the 90s style nude/brown effect which are all over the place at the moment and I was lucky enough to find it in Superdrug for under a fiver!</div>
<br />
<a name='more'></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I just picked up a few colours at random to try including the Gosh lip in 001 Nougat Crisp and two MUR lipsticks - The One and the appropriately named, Nude.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I'll start with the lip liner: this is definitely one of the nicest liners I've used, it's so soft and creamy, but not too soft, you can still get good definition with it. Although it is matte, it's not drying - however it's not super moisturising either so if you do have quite dry lips just make sure to exfoliate and use lip balm before - and glides really nicely onto the lips. I'd definitely like to try some other colours of this product. It's £4.99 in Superdrug <a href="http://www.superdrug.com/GOSH/Gosh-Velvet-Touch-Lip-Liner-Nougat-Crisp/p/281255#.VWonIWRViko" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> but currently down to £2.99!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Makeup Revolution lipstick is part of their Amazing Lipstick range which are only £1 each! The One is a soft, creamy nude which is semi-matte. It is a little bit lighter than the liner and just brightens up the finish to bring it back to a more nude tone.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is fairly long lasting but hasn't made it to the end of a meal unfortunately! Luckily because it's very similar to my natural lip colour it fades quite well and doesn't look silly when half of it has gone. Obviously everyone is different - I have quite a lot of colour in my lips naturally so going too pale just makes me look ridiculous so I am really pleased with the finish of this combination.</div>

<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have been through numerous of Liz Earle's Eyebrow Pencils (review <a href="http://looweezbx.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/liz-earle-brow-pencil-in-dark.html" target="_blank">here</a>) now so I decided to try something a bit different. The <a href="http://www.illamasqua.com/shop/eyes/eye-brows/precision-brow-gels/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Illamasqua Precision Brow Gel</a> has been around for a while but only recently have they added a wider colour range. Strike was the original which is for brunettes; they have now added Glimpse for redheads; Awe for blondes and Stare for dark brown/black hair. I went for Strike as although my hair is light brown with blonde through it I prefer my brows to be darker.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The gel is £18.50 which is pretty expensive but thinking of the Liz Earle pencils I was using, they were £11 and I went through one really quickly so £18.50 isn't a huge amount more to pay - I also get a pro discount which brought it down to about £15, yay!<br />
<br />
At first I was really unsure of the product and a bit intimidated by it! However I had a look on Youtube for some tutorials on how other people were using it, so after a few practices, I think I'm now getting the hang of it! I am going to show you the way I am using it at the moment, if you've any tips do let me know!<br />
<br />
<b>You will need:</b><br />
Illamasqua Precision Brow Gel in suitable shade (Strike for me)<br />
Eyeshadow which matches your desired brow colour<br />
Eyeshadow slightly lighter than brows<br />
Angled brush<br />
Eyebrow spoolie<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxhNrNYAovKsCCgXifpLdqAyoRJ1JKYS5EdpQsO50xxnzRnOEz8Uf34NyAocFg2ls1M6GhSfGNro7bV8ICuAhrEeg_qZA_UqxWLKVL_1SlK_rMOGyJ0eJoIq3AblKKCllxDevP6eUqOHP7/s1600/naked+basics+and+illamasqua+brow+gel.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxhNrNYAovKsCCgXifpLdqAyoRJ1JKYS5EdpQsO50xxnzRnOEz8Uf34NyAocFg2ls1M6GhSfGNro7bV8ICuAhrEeg_qZA_UqxWLKVL_1SlK_rMOGyJ0eJoIq3AblKKCllxDevP6eUqOHP7/s640/naked+basics+and+illamasqua+brow+gel.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I find that Faint in the Naked Basics palette is perfect for my eyebrows, then Naked 2 as the lighter shade. The angled brush I am using at the moment is a cheap one I got from Wilkos and I'm not loving it, it's too soft! So I am on the look out for a stiffer one which will give me more control.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheMkk5_sgU5h2nVISzas5N5QIRcOSN1AtvNM2JcXL68LSA9A1qS0iR5mun5_qEkkM-L_qWsQsWEguPpLOSKtawHjaw664KKitZ1f4nzshPPf6CrUR7SXm-zHQb9g-3UKJu5IfftnJhXCav/s1600/eyebrow+tutorial.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheMkk5_sgU5h2nVISzas5N5QIRcOSN1AtvNM2JcXL68LSA9A1qS0iR5mun5_qEkkM-L_qWsQsWEguPpLOSKtawHjaw664KKitZ1f4nzshPPf6CrUR7SXm-zHQb9g-3UKJu5IfftnJhXCav/s640/eyebrow+tutorial.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIa39mOmyy86aWtrbFHYfLflj6kKKLHBrVqNpGZvL7MpxtHylrVtqvmwVTOu-6vcrBbcTfhMs2sW7PcFZ8D6s_h27ygDD_5oiLdc9mBB2STItL6giQKmAywl1iIJ7QY1cC_fojxWvtfM6r/s1600/final+step+brows.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIa39mOmyy86aWtrbFHYfLflj6kKKLHBrVqNpGZvL7MpxtHylrVtqvmwVTOu-6vcrBbcTfhMs2sW7PcFZ8D6s_h27ygDD_5oiLdc9mBB2STItL6giQKmAywl1iIJ7QY1cC_fojxWvtfM6r/s320/final+step+brows.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<b>1.</b> Before photo, brush the brows through with spoolie<br />
<b>2.</b> Dip your angled brush into the brow gel and get rid of any excess on the pot lid, outline the outer third of your brows, following the general shape. If you have tiny brows to start with, you can use the pencil rule for where to draw the new shape - see <a href="http://www.cosmopolitan.co.uk/beauty-hair/tips/a29375/how-to-shape-eyebrows/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this article</a> on Cosmo explaining it<br />
<b>3.</b> I then follow the shape of my brows towards my nose, exaggerating it slightly<br />
<b>4.</b> Next I move onto my eyeshadow and fill in most of the shape except for the inner quarter<br />
<b>5.</b> Lastly I mix my light and dark shadows together and holding the brush so the fibres are vertical to the start of my eyebrow, I use this to create a straight line and drag it back to mix with the darker shade. Brush through again with the spoolie<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6KWN03dmdy5Nbb_1ijO3CsoIG_3biJqUpsPCNw5zFgib9X8Hnantknbd9bwvyEyiywKns6OCE_mkjGnZy2lk48hSR5VmEKvEVZsdo6X51pCZ95Qv6SrPp31tUX-uQ0QiK76VRPporMblM/s1600/DSCF5252.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj6KWN03dmdy5Nbb_1ijO3CsoIG_3biJqUpsPCNw5zFgib9X8Hnantknbd9bwvyEyiywKns6OCE_mkjGnZy2lk48hSR5VmEKvEVZsdo6X51pCZ95Qv6SrPp31tUX-uQ0QiK76VRPporMblM/s400/DSCF5252.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I tend to keep this brow look for nights out and special occasions as it's so strong and striking - for everyday I usually just stick to using UD Faint shadow alone.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I'm really enjoying the brow gel and I think it will last for ages because I only use it for outlining and defining rather then filling in, so it's definitely worth the money.</div>

<span style="text-align: justify;">Just a quick one to share with you a tip I've discovered, I'm sure most people have come across it before but here it is for those who haven't!</span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span>
<span style="text-align: justify;">A while ago I was hunting for a white bandeau for wearing under sheer shirts. I have a slight problem where I own a lot of colourful bras and sheer tops or white shirts - which isn't a good combination unless you're wanting that effect! I was looking in Forever 21 but I could only find this nude one which I settled with as it was better than nothing.</span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
However when I got home and tried it on, it worked out so much better than expected! Wearing the bandeau under any sheer top totally hides any coloured bra better than a white one would - giving a sort of 'mannequin' effect like you aren't wearing anything underneath but nothing is on show. Unfortunately straps are still visible but I have long hair which covers them most of this time so I've not too bothered and of course you always have the option of not wearing a bra underneath which works well too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This one cost £3.90 but they are widely available now in place such as Primark where they are probably about £1.50! Also I should mention that before of F21's weird sizing, it only comes in SM/MED and MED/LRG which is crazy! I am a size 8 but 30D bra size and I have the MED/LRG which fits fine. I'd recommend getting one from somewhere with more diverse sizing...</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Link to F21 one <a href="http://www.forever21.com/UK/Product/Product.aspx?br=F21&Category=intimates&ProductID=2000125652" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. Have you tried something like this before?</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I bought this necklace a couple of weeks ago from H&M for £7.99. Now, I am the sort of person who wear the same 2 costume necklaces on rotation so I thought I would mix it up a bit and get some new ones. I am on the look out for longer ones as the ones I usually wear are short chunky pieces. I got a lovely one from Topshop but it broke the day I got it so I took it back and didn't bother getting a new one. This H&M one caught my eye because it looks much fancier than it is. You can't see in the photo but chains are actually beads which are multi-facetted which makes them really sparkle in certain lights. I love that I can just wear a plain top and throw this on and it looks like I've made more of an effort!</div>

<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I wanted to find a product which would give me the sort of nude/brown 90s style lips that are all over the place at the moment but I have quite strongly coloured lips so I wasn't sure if it would suit me. I found this combination in Superdrug for a total of about £5 so I could try it out without spending too much money! The liner is really nice, it's a softer version of the colour of my lips and it applies easily. The lipstick is a semi-matte nude and works well on top of the liner in the middle to lighten my lips slightly. I will do a separate post on this with photos of them together on my lips. I also got another lipstick which is more nude and true matte but I haven't tried this properly yet as I loved the first one I tried so much! </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
I've had this for a while now but I'm going to be honest, it scared me a bit! I was really excited when it first arrived in the post but when I tried it out I realised you can't just paint it on as you would with a pencil or eyeshadow, so I took to youtube and found some gel brow tutorials and now I am loving it! I am going to do a post soon to show you how I use it, what tools and other products I use it with.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Hello! This is the second instalment of the household empties post so let me know if you want to see more. I thought I'd just mention a change that my blog is going through, you might have noticed that I've taken down my cruelty free lists! This is simply because since moving down south and having a pretty stressful job my blog has suffered, so my cruelty free lists have been neglected. I decided to take them down and go through each brand and give it a good overhaul to avoid providing outdated and false information! However, I still don't have much free time at the moment so please bear with me until it's all sorted!<br />

<b>Thoughts</b>: I bought this for moving away which was almost a year ago now, so it lasted well! Although as my mother taught me I don't use/use a tiny amount when washing towels which I'm not sure is a legit fact or not... Anyway I got on fine with it but I' m not a big fan of the smell, it's quite a powdery scent which is a bit much. It was 2 for £1.50 ( I think...) and I also got Blue Skies which smells much better! I can't leave a link because the co op website is crap...</div>

<b>Greenfrog All Purpose Natural Cleaner</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I got this in The Vegan Kind box from ages ago but I didn't love it. It's not the best surface cleaner I've used and it has a very unusual smell! Not entirely unpleasant but there are definitely other scents I would prefer for this type of product. <b>Morrisons Apple Spice Washing Up Liquid</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I got this near Christmas so I think it might have been a festive special? However, it smells amazing and made lots of big bubbles. I go on about how I don't like SLS in shampoo and soap but I am perfectly happy with it in washing up liquid, I always wear gloves so it doesn't affect my hands.</div>

<b style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">Cruelty-free?</b><span style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">: Morrisons are BUAV approved for personal items which I've just found out - I thought it was for everything! However according to <a href="http://www.buav.org/article/1540/cruelty-free-international-awards-morrisons-the-leaping-bunny-for-its-policy-on-animal-testing" target="_blank">this link</a> they are aiming to receive certification for their household items. </span></div>

<b>Thoughts</b>: I used to take omega in the form of fish oil when I was at school as my mum said it was good for your brain and concentration so when I saw the veggy version in Morrisons I decided to try them again. Honestly, I didn't really notice any difference and they were a big more expensive then the other vitamins I get so I wouldn't get them again.</div>

<b>Superdrug Fresh Mint Toothpaste</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I liked this toothpaste but they seem to have changed the formula and packaging so now it's in plastic - which isn't good for squeezing! - and I feel like it doesn't taste the same... However toothpaste is toothpaste really, as long as it's minty I am quite happy! I've also just looked on the website and it doesn't seem to be available but you can get sensitive or whitening versions for two tubes for £1.49 which is good! Toothpaste isn't something I want to spend a lot of money on so this is perfect but I might look into Morrisons and see how theirs compares.</div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Where did the inspiration for White Rabbit Skincare come from?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">I suffer from
psoriasis, and find that ‘conventional’ skincare products can really
irritate/inflame it. For years before I created WRS, I was very big on using
naturally-based/organic skincare products, but find that it can be very
difficult to determine what companies and products are definitely cruelty free,
and so I thought what better way to guarantee products that are CF and contain
skin friendly ingredients than making them myself?!<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">White Rabbit Skincare
will be a year old this April, but before setting up my own company I had been
experimenting with various different ‘recipes’ and ingredients (I remember
owning a massive tub of Shea butter that lasted me ages!) for years. It must be
working as I have been told several times I don’t look any older than 20!<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

<o:p><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">What made you want to make the products cruelty free and vegan?</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">I personally think
why would you ever <u>not</u> want to make them cruelty free? Admittedly when I
first set up WRS I was using beeswax and honey in some of the products, but on
doing further research it made complete sense to use vegan ingredients (so for
example olive wax instead of beeswax and agave nectar instead of honey), as
these are just as good – if not better –than the non-vegan ingredients. It has
also opened up an entire new customer base to me as well, which has been
fantastic.<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">When did you decide to go cruelty free?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">I have always tried
to make cruelty free choices, for as long as I can remember, but I’d probably
say I’ve been 100% cruelty free (including the household products I buy, the
shoes I wear etc) for the past two years. <a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="_GoBack"></a><o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">Where would you like to see White Rabbit Skincare going in the future?</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
<i><span style="font-family: inherit;">I have so many plans!
I would like to produce a men’s range, a mother/baby range, and of course add
more products to my main skincare line – so for example products for
combination skin. I also love the idea of producing my own soy candles, and expanding
into the overseas market. At the moment however I would love for WRS to become
established as a trusted, quality vegan skincare company in Scotland (or even
the UK!).</span></i></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I've used my dressing table in the background of a few of my photos now so I thought I'd give a little tour of how I like to keep it and what I use it for.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
When I moved into my flat almost a year ago, I got so excited about the fact I could choose all my own furniture, particularly a dressing table! Previously in my parents' house I had always done my make up in the bathroom which had great light, but I wanted somewhere I could sit and relax instead of standing and leaning over the sink!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The table itself is the Ikea one which everyone has ha, <a href="http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/70302141/#/10121228" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> is a link to it on the website.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5_iehjrxs1rAduimOuPSCijXlvV2r9wyseRavD3eaqHHU5-W2yTERnPCWDKGqV_ybJuyoU-i0xjhQsceKLEEtUq_sK5zfIYOLfUajcfAoqrNIggveT9p6Ha0r6hFbCmh8FlhZhNMEcXYe/s1600/DSCF5148.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5_iehjrxs1rAduimOuPSCijXlvV2r9wyseRavD3eaqHHU5-W2yTERnPCWDKGqV_ybJuyoU-i0xjhQsceKLEEtUq_sK5zfIYOLfUajcfAoqrNIggveT9p6Ha0r6hFbCmh8FlhZhNMEcXYe/s1600/DSCF5148.JPG" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
There are two little drawers to either side of the mirror which I use for keeping my costume necklaces. On top of the left hand side one I have my perfumes and also a pot with small make up brushes which I don't use on a regular basis.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbBOEsreFXAkWmYExNwa6eUs_xhYb2v8kt_KSTM4BJij1ncKHI97SsISQXpUHbyKfw9-tyaoRjPVI5EIzLPAwPqRBoIXKBzOJMIqR1pDtHBXAj3fyoxMT5T24dEQcO0osBjiImHc1Y8DGf/s1600/DSCF5150.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhbBOEsreFXAkWmYExNwa6eUs_xhYb2v8kt_KSTM4BJij1ncKHI97SsISQXpUHbyKfw9-tyaoRjPVI5EIzLPAwPqRBoIXKBzOJMIqR1pDtHBXAj3fyoxMT5T24dEQcO0osBjiImHc1Y8DGf/s1600/DSCF5150.JPG" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
On the right I have two other pots; in the white one I keep everyday brushes and products such as tinted moisturiser and mascara; then in the bigger one I have my big face make up brushes. The furry creature is my cute wheatbag which can be microwaved and used as a hot water bottle. I also have a smaller mirror which is magnified on one side. I need this as the big mirror is too far away for me to see properly if I've not got my contacts in... #glasseslyf<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFvvafAZRF8PmT_qfYmd2Zgu4vhfEDtqtoGrNBvYnwokaQQyaSHmjCq2K5X0ng8Bjcs1RDQkcsI6I5vRXvChsn9IdlWTOUHbZg8yu8Y7j_VR2E17uOkg_ocCEgOoifKM7NwcRGC-3-r7Qz/s1600/DSCF5149.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFvvafAZRF8PmT_qfYmd2Zgu4vhfEDtqtoGrNBvYnwokaQQyaSHmjCq2K5X0ng8Bjcs1RDQkcsI6I5vRXvChsn9IdlWTOUHbZg8yu8Y7j_VR2E17uOkg_ocCEgOoifKM7NwcRGC-3-r7Qz/s1600/DSCF5149.JPG" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Then in the middle I have my mirrored jewellery box which I use instead for storing lip products - blogged about this last year <a href="http://looweezbx.blogspot.co.uk/2012/11/collection-lipsticks-storage.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> if you want to see what's inside with swatches - it hasn't changed much! On top are my Yorkshire Soap Company products simply for decoration and making my room smell good! Then in the tumbler, which was an Arran Aromatics candle, I am currently keeping my earrings and watch. I used to keep them on the pink tray until I moved the soap onto it. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The dressing table also has a little shallow drawer just underneath as well with 3 sections. In here I keep hair bobbles/brushes; sunglasses; everyday make up and nail varnishes.<br />
<br />
I hope you've enjoyed my miniature tour! If you have anything similar then leave a link in the comments - I'm so nosy and love reading them!</div>

<b>Thoughts</b>: I know I probably say this every time but I find shampoo and conditioner are so difficult to review, unless they are utter crap or absolutely amazing! Anyway, this conditioner works fine as far as conditioners go, it detangles my hair and doesn't make it greasy. The only downside is the smell which I will go into more detail about when I talk about the shampoo. £5.49/250ml <a href="http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/dr-organic-pomegranate-conditioner-60083597" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> via Holland & Barrett. </div>

<b>Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: Believe it or not this is my first full size cleanse and polish! My mum and I have been buying the moisturiser and other bits for years and because Liz Earle are so generous with their samples I've not actually needed to buy one! I actually won this on a Twitter competition for me and my friend which was brilliant! I did finally cave and buy one of the limited edition fancy tin versions at Christmas as I had started using it more often. I love it for taking off my make up in the evening; I take off my eye make up first then hop in the shower with it on my face and get rid of the rest with the cloth while I'm in there. £14/100ml <a href="http://uk.lizearle.com/cleanse-tone-moisturise/cleanse-and-polish-hot-cloth-cleanser.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>.</div>

<b>Dr Organic Pomegranate Shampoo</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: The pomegranate shampoo is a really good foamer for a SLS-free product, it acts pretty much like a normal shampoo. However it had a funny smell, it did smell like pomegranate I guess, however it has a sort of musty scent to it as well - maybe mine is just a dodgy one but for this reason I wouldn't get it again. £5.49/250ml <a href="http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/dr-organic-pomegranate-shampoo-60083603" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a> via Holland & Barrett.</div>

<b>Thoughts</b>: I got this little shower scrub in a Christmas set I got from my auntie. Rub Rub Rub is a blossom scented sea salt scrub, it works really well and it smells amazing. <b>Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I love this mascara, definitely the best one I have used in ages. I have a full review which you can read <a href="http://looweezbx.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/too-faced-better-than-sex-mascara.html" target="_blank">here</a>. <b>Lush Drummer's Drumming Reusable Bubble Bar (not pictured)</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: If you didn't see this when it was in store it was shaped like those noisy kids' toys so it kinda looked like a giant lollipop with a string through the middle with bells on the end to make the noise, so cool! It was strawberry scented but quite a sweet fruity scent rather than a fresh, natural scent - but in a good way! I think I got about 3 or 4 baths out of this so pretty good! From what I've read it smells like D'Fluff shaving soap but I've not tried this myself.</div>

<b>Lush Sakura Bath Bomb (not pictured)</b></div>
<div style="line-height: 18.4799995422363px;">
<b>Thoughts</b>: I bought this as it is scented the same as Rub Rub Rub Scrub which smells amazing however I was quite disappointed! I found that the scent disappeared once in the water and didn't really do anything to the colour of the bath - I like spectacular bath bombs! However if you want to try it it's £3.25 <a href="https://www.lush.co.uk/products/sakura" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. </div>

Back in 2012 (oh my god *faints*) I did a weekly series called Louise Loves where I just shared a few items that I was enjoying at the time. I thought I would resurrect this series again - 3 years later... - as it's fun to do and I love reading similar posts. I'm not sure whether this will be weekly, fortnightly, or what yet, I'll just go with the flow and see what happens!</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Recently Netflix added Once Upon A Time which was a series I started watching years ago on LoveFilm until they took it off so I was really excited to see it! I've started watching it a few episodes in a sitting, which is the normal way to watch Netflix, right?! I'm currently on episode 21 and really enjoying it so far. It sounds quite childish when explaining the storyline to people but it is far from it, it's really quite dark and sinister at times! I've got 5 series to get through and it's still going so it should keep me busy for a while!</div>

<br />
Normally when I go to Nando's I get chips or spicy rice - or both. However I recently tried the creamy mash for the first time after hearing someone saying it was really good, and oh boy, it's <i>really</i> good! It's probably majorly unhealthy and full of cream and butter but it's definitely worth it! I could just eat a whole bowl of it, mmm!!</div>

I blogged about White Rabbit Lime & Coconut Cleansing Water recently and you can read my full review <a href="http://looweezbx.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/white-rabbit-skincare-lime-coconut.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. It smells amazing and feels so fresh and cleansing on the skin. I will definitely repurchase and look forward to trying other products. You can get this from the Etsy shop <a href="https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/182472067/lime-coconut-cleansing-water?ref=shop_home_active_11" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>.<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If we look at the second photo I'll go through the soap in a clockwise direction starting from the top. The blue and white unpackaged soaps were bought from a little shop near where I worked in Scotland called Ashtins and the man makes his own bath and body products as well as stocking well known brands. I can't remember exactly what they are but the blue one is a fresh scent made with sea salt, and the white/clear is kiwi and possible some other fruit?? I think they were about £2.50 each which is quite a lot considering how thin the slices are, but it's always good to support local businesses!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Next is a little travel soap from Arran Aromatics, the <a href="http://www.arranaromatics.com/grapefruit-shea-butter-soap/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Grapefruit Massage Bar</a> which was £1.50 and so cute!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The next two are from Lush, first is a limited edition Christmas one, Orange Jelly, the smell is quite self-explanatory! Then <a href="https://www.lush.co.uk/products/figs-and-leaves" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Figs & Leaves</a> (vegan) which smells like Dorothy bubble bar apparently but I am dubious... it's not quite as colourful!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The two on the left are both from Bomb Cosmetics, Dark Pleasures and Electric Dreams. <a href="http://bombcosmetics.co.uk/dark-pleasures-soap-slice-boxed" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Dark Pleasures</a> scent is Hawthorn and Cassis with Rose and Jasmine while <a href="http://bombcosmetics.co.uk/electric-dreams-soap-s-l" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Electric Dreams</a> is made up of wild fruit and berries with vanilla. Both of these are vegan and are £2.49 per slice.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Then in the middle are two Christmas soaps from The Body Shop, Glazed Apple and Frosted Cranberry, I got these both in post-Christmas sales for a bargain.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_IM0WVq9AvP9Fqbv7MPgumvkpafSotrn-xFhZxHHuqlz9YxLSgYluYnwFLZC3SIBTsWPTU_5YV6yZGi7HygBYXX0USzBmAutokg3-dtHHpz68Ng2nrglct9stEJqVScltf-2vjbB-KTuZ/s1600/DSCF5146.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_IM0WVq9AvP9Fqbv7MPgumvkpafSotrn-xFhZxHHuqlz9YxLSgYluYnwFLZC3SIBTsWPTU_5YV6yZGi7HygBYXX0USzBmAutokg3-dtHHpz68Ng2nrglct9stEJqVScltf-2vjbB-KTuZ/s1600/DSCF5146.JPG" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Finally, I'm mentioning this again as it's a super cute soap! The Yorkshire Soap Company's website is still down I can't say for sure if they are cruelty free yet. The soap slice is something like apple blossom scented but I can't remember... It smells good!<br />
<br />
Does anyone know of any interesting soap companies that are cruelty free? I love the look of Fortune Cookie soap but it's only available in America!<br />
